Patna, Feb. 7 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Saturday called upon all elected representatives to engage in meaningful debates under the framework of established business rules of the House to ensure control of Legislature over Executive for protecting larger interests of the people, particularly those belonging to the lowest strata of society.
