Guntur, June 3 -- In a vitriolic attack on the coalition government, former Chief Minister and YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that the law and order has collapsed in Andhra Pradesh and gave a call to the people to join the 'Betrayal Day' to be observed on June 4.
