Latur, Oct. 23 -- The Local Crime Branch (LCB) of Latur police today arrested three suspects involved in multiple motorcycle thefts and recovered two stolen two-wheelers valued at approximately Rs 1.2 lakh.
The arrests followed an instruction from Superintendent of Police (SP) Amul Tambe to intensify surveillance following a recent surge in motorcycle thefts across Latur city and surrounding areas.
Acting on a specific tip-off, the LCB team, led by Police Inspector Sudhakar Bawkar, detained the three individuals near the Bhambri Chowk Ring Road.
The suspects were identified as Krishna Jagannath Bhosale (28) of Pakharsangvi, Jatin Sahdev Gaikwad (19) of Kalamtha, and Saurabh Subhash Bhosale (19) of Sona Nagar. During questioning, the trio...
