Kangra, Oct. 15 -- Thousands of people gathered at Mazdoor Kutia to pay heartfelt tributes to Vikas Purush (Man of Development) Late GS Bali, the former minister and one of Himachal Pradesh's most admired political figures, on his fourth death anniversary.
Yesterday, the ceremony began with a special prayer led by his son, RS Bali, Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation and Vice-Chairman of the Tourism Development Board (Cabinet Rank).
RS Bali remembered his father as a visionary leader whose tireless dedication and people-centric approach left an indelible mark on the hearts of the people of Nagrota and the entire state.
