Vientiane, Sept. 19 -- The first Laos-China Electric Power Technology Forum was held on Thursday at the Naxaythong Substation in the Lao capital Vientiane, with the aim of deepening bilateral cooperation in the electricity sector and supporting Laos' strategic energy transformation.
Under the theme "Sharing Technology, Cultivating Talent, and Benefiting the People," the forum drew on China's extensive experience to promote the adoption of technologies and standards including ultra-high voltage transmission and smart distribution networks.
