Chennai, Oct. 6 -- Tamil Nadu Industries Minister TRB Raaja today inauguratedthe 2-day International conference on TN Land Use at the IIT-Madras Research Park.
It was organised by the TN State Land Use Research Board (TNSLURB) and theCenter for Innovation in Governance under the State Planning Commission.
It was christened "Tamil Nadu LandUse 2025: Research & Innovation for a SustainableFuture".
The Minister released two reports " Land Use Research in Tamil Nadu: 15 Years ofTNSLURB", a compendium reflecting the Board's journey and contributions, anda Coffee Table Book titled "Vaduvoor - A Landscape of Wings" based on thestudy undertaken by the Salim Ali Centre for Ornithology and Natural Historywith funding support from TNSLURB.
