Agartala, July 4 -- Train movement in the Lumding-Badarpur hill section came to a halt from yesterday afternoon following a landslide between Dihakho and Mupa stations, just after three days of resuming the service.
According to railway officials, the landslide led to boulders and earth blocking the track, forcing a suspension of train services in the affected section. Upon receiving the information, senior officials of the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) rushed to the site and initiated restoration work.
