Nahan, Aug. 19 -- In a major incident of industrial damage triggered by landslide activity, rocks and other heavy debris from a mountain behind the Protech Telinks Pharma factory in Kala Amb Industrial Area wreaked havoc today.
According to information, the hill situated just behind the unit in the Mogi Nath Patwar circle of Suketi Panchayat suddenly cracked, sending a large mass of stones and debris straight into the factory premises.
The pressure of the debris was so intense that it breached the retaining wall and smashed through the warehouse structure, causing extensive destruction of packaging material stored inside.
