Patna, June 23 -- RJD President Lalu Prasad is all set to become the national president of the party again as he is the only candidate to have filed his nomination paper for the top post of the organisation on Monday.
Prasad filed his nomination papers before national returning officer Dr Ram Chandra Purvey and assistant returning officer Chitranjan Gagan.
Those who have signed as proposers in Prasad's nomination papers are former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, leader of the opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, former Bihar Ministers Abdul Bari Siddiqui, Shivanand Tiwari and others.
