Bengaluru, Feb. 2 -- Union Minister and former Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has expressed doubts about the longevity of the Congress-led government in Karnataka, predicting it will not last until 2028.
He also confidently asserted that the people would grant him another opportunity to return to the Chief Minister's post before then.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Kumaraswamy noted the growing discontent among Congress MLAs, asserting that the dissatisfaction could soon erupt into a major issue.
"This government won't last until 2028," Kumaraswamy said. "There is a rising sense of dissatisfaction among Congress MLAs. We don't know when it will explode, but let's wait and watch," he added.
