Bengaluru, Jan. 9 -- union Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Friday publicly rebuked Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, accusing him of brazenly overstepping ministerial authority by holding a meeting with police officials in Ballari-an act Kumaraswamy said was entirely beyond his jurisdiction and a clear violation of established protocol.
Kumaraswamy did not stop at procedure. He castigated Shivakumar for alleged encroachment, land grabbing, and interference in other ministers' portfolios, contrasting it sharply with his own record of clean governance.
