Patna, Feb. 21 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday directed officials to expedite the construction of a 1,200-bed hospital building along with a residential complex at Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna.
The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of the ongoing construction work at the institute and directed to accelerate the pace if the construction.
He said that once completed, the ultra-modern multi super-speciality hospital will significantly enhance treatment facilities for patients and further strengthen Bihar's healthcare infrastructure.
