Srinagar, Nov. 17 -- A dry-fruit seller who was called for questioning, and his son and his brother detained in connection with the recently-busted interstate white-collar terror module, has died after he set himself on fire.

Hours after Bilal Ahmed Wani, a resident of Qazigund Kulgam, succumbed to his injuries, the National Investigation Agency claimed that his son was allegedly an active co-conspirator behind the November 10 Red Fort blast and had worked closely with the terrorist, Umar un Nabi, to plan the attack that claimed 13 lives and left scores injured.

NIA said Bilal's son, Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish, a college student, was arrested from Srinagar in Jammu & Kashmir in the case.
