Hyderabad, Nov. 30 -- BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Sunday released an open letter addressed to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, alleging that the Telangana government's newly introduced Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation Policy (HILTP) could pave the way for what he termed as "one of the biggest land scams in Independent India."KTR claimed the policy has sparked concern across the state, with many questioning whether the Congress leadership is aware of the alleged scale of misappropriation.
