Hyderabad, Nov. 30 -- K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), Former IT Minister of Telangana and Working President of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), will participate in 'IGNITION', an ideas and leadership series presented by the Shiv Nadar Foundation and curated by journalist Shoma Chaudhury, on December 2 in Chennai.
