Hyderabad, Sept. 16 -- BRS Working President KT Rama Rao today hit out at BJP leaders for criticising his party over welcoming the Supreme Court's interim orders on the Waqf Amendment Act, saying such remarks only reveal their disregard for the Constitution and the apex court.
In a statement, KTR said the BJP's version of nationalism was "fake," while the BRS stood for"true nationalism" rooted in equality for all Indians, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
"Real nationalism is about embracing every Indian equally. Understanding the difference between genuine patriotism and hollow jingoism is crucial," he asserted.
