Hyderabad, April 5 -- Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) highlighted Telangana's rapid growth and transformation, describing it as the "most successful startup state of independent India," while addressing the 21st Annual India Business Conference at Columbia Business School in the United States.
Speaking on the 'Telangana Decade', KTR said the state, under the leadership of K.Chandrashekar Rao, has emerged as a model of governance, innovation, and economic progress.
