Hyderabad, Oct. 19 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Sunday termed the forthcoming Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election on November 11 as a referendum on the Congress government's administration, law and order, and credibility.
In a statement, he alleged that over the past two years, the Congress government has stalled key developmental projects while indulging in "bulldozer politics" against the people, urging voters to reject the party's theatrics and recall its "420 guarantees" that misled the public.
