Hyderabad, March 2 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) has alleged serious irregularities, procedural lapses and legal violations in the mining e-auction conducted in Suryapet district and demanded immediate cancellation of the tenders.
In a letter addressed to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, KTR sought a time-bound independent inquiry into the e-auction process, accusing the Mines and Geology Department of conducting the exercise in a manner that undermines transparency and statutory compliance. Referring to Notification No. 2263906/DM&G MI/Lst/2023 dated August 30, 2024, he flagged multiple deficiencies in the tender process.
