Kolkata, Nov. 23 -- Kolkata Police Commissioner Manoj Verma on Sunday said they will soon issue a guidelines for the hoteliers in the city for safety and security of the boarders in view of recent couple of murders, including that a young Chartered Accountant, Adarsh Losalka in a south Kolkata hotel.
Mystery shrouded with the discovery of the naked body of 33-year-old Adarsh Losalka, a resident of Dubrajpur in Birbhum district, who checked on Friday evening at Consulate Hotel in Kasba.
The deceased, who was employed in a multinational farm at Salt lake Sector V, had checked in at the hotel at 8:30 PM with another man and a woman on Friday but the last two went out in the wee house on Saturday as recorded in the CCTV footage of the hotel....
