Kolkata, July 15 -- The much-awaited Kolkata Metro's Bowbazar segment linking Howrah and Sealdah stations is expected to be operational for commercial services with the flagging off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (July 18).
PM Modi is expected to arrive at Durgapur, the industrial city of West Burdhan for a BJP open rally, and is expected to unveil Kolkata Metro's vital link service virtually, officials said today.
