Kolhapur, Jan. 2 -- Students from residential schools in Kolhapur district will visit the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) centre in Bengaluru on a study tour from January 9 to 13 under the three per cent innovative scheme of the Scheduled Caste Application Scheme.
According to an official release, four residential schools run by the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department for Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist students are functioning in the district at Masud Male, Panhala, Gaganbawada, Shirol, and Radhanagari.
Students from these schools will travel to Bengaluru by direct flight as part of the programme.
