Kolhapur, Dec. 12 -- The district collector's office in Nagala Park area of the city received an email allegedly threatening to detonate the building with 5kg of RDX explosive material but it proved to be a hoax.
An unidentified person allegedly sent an email to official email account of the district collector's office threatening to blow up the building with 5kg of RDX explosives, which created panic among the staff, officials and public, leading to complete evacuation of the building.
