Aizawl, Aug. 3 -- Kolasib district authorities in northern Mizoram have announced measures to ensure smooth traffic flow along National Highways 306 and 06, allowing critical repairs to proceed unhindered by stranded vehicles.
The district administration is working closely with the National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) and the state Public Works Department (PWD) to address the worsening condition of the highways that are vital lifelines linking Mizoram to the rest of India via Assam.
