Hyderabad, March 29 -- Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on Saturday evening visited the victim of the MMTS train rape attempt, who is currently undergoing treatment at Yashoda Hospital in Secunderabad.
In a horrifying incident on an MMTS train, a 23-year-old woman sustained serious injuries after jumping from a moving train to escape an alleged rape attempt.
The incident occurred near Kompally on March 22 when the woman, who was traveling alone in a women's coach, was attacked by a 25-year-old man.
The victim, identified as Afroja from Uravakonda, Ananthapuram, was admitted to Yashoda Hospital with multiple injuries.
