Hyderabad, Aug. 22 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday paid tributes to journalist Shoaibullah Khan on his death anniversary and accused the Telangana government of neglecting Hyderabad's civic needs and creating an artificial crisis over urea supply.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP state headquarters, Kishan Reddy recalled Shoaibullah Khan's sacrifice in exposing the atrocities of Qasim Razvi and the Razakars through Imroz magazine during the Nizam's rule. "He fought with his pen despite threats and laid down his life for the liberation of Telangana. We salute him on behalf of the BJP and the people of Telangana," he said.
