Adilabad, Dec. 26 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday inaugurated a new Critical Care building complex at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Adilabad.

The 50-bed critical care facility, built at a cost of Rs 23.75 crore, has now been made available to the public.

Speaking to the media, Kishan Reddy said Adilabad, one of the most remote regions of Telangana, is home to a large population of backward classes and tribal communities.

He stressed that collective efforts are needed to ensure the region's overall development, particularly for farmers and weaker sections who have long depended on agriculture for their livelihood.
