Hyderabad, Nov. 15 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday said the NDA's emphatic win in Bihar reflects the people's desire to prevent a return of "jungle raj" and continue the development achieved under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

He said even survey agencies had not anticipated such a strong mandate for the NDA.
