Mangaluru, Nov. 3 -- Former India wicketkeeper Syed Kirmani hailed Team India's historic triumph in the ICC Women's as a "miraculous effort" after the side bounced back from three consecutive losses to claim the coveted trophy.

"Losing three consecutive games and coming back into the semifinals was a miraculous effort by all of them," Kirmani told reporters here, highlighting the determination and spirit that drove the team to ultimate victory.
