Reckong Peo (Kinnaur), Nov. 12 -- The fragrance of Kinnaur's world-renowned apples continues to fill markets across the country as the district concludes another successful harvest season.

Despite a slight dip from last year's record output, this year's yield of 33,53,089 apple boxes has reaffirmed Kinnaur's standing among the world's best apple-producing regions.

Transported through 12,671 vehicles to 11 major apple markets nationwide, the crisp, juicy, and aromatic apples from Kinnaur have once again delighted consumers and traders alike. Known for their natural sweetness, unique flavour, and long shelf life, Kinnaur apples are often compared to premium varieties from Europe and the United States.
