Reckong Peo, July 9 -- The high-altitude Kinnaur Kailash Yatra, known for its life-threatening adventure and spiritual significance, will begin on July 15 and continue till August 30, 2025.
Preparations are underway to ensure the safe and smooth conduct of the pilgrimage, which involves an arduous trek through rugged Himalayan terrain.
Presiding over a review meeting, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kalpa Amit Kalthaik informed that the traditional route will begin from Tangling village, while the alternate path via Purvni Kanda will be assessed based on its current condition.
