Hyderabad, June 7 -- In a remarkable medical rescue, doctors at KIMS Hospitals, Kondapur, successfully saved the life of a 60-year-old businessman, Uday, who was airlifted from Ghana in critical condition after being diagnosed with falciparum malaria, dengue, and severe sepsis.
Originally from Kakinada, Uday had been living in Ghana for over 20 years. His health rapidly declined due to complications, including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), requiring ventilator support.
Acting swiftly, doctors in Ghana coordinated with KIMS specialists to facilitate a high-risk air ambulance transfer to Hyderabad.
