Nagpur, Dec. 22 -- The investigation into the kidney sale case involving debt-ridden farmer Roshan Kude has revealed a Haryana-based link, with police uncovering the role of a Facebook page titled 'Kidney Donor Community' in recruiting donors, police said on Monday.
According to officials, the Facebook page was allegedly operated by a person based in Haryana and was used to contact and recruit young men willing to sell their kidneys.
The page is believed to be central to an organised racket that sent donors abroad for illegal organ transplants.
