New Delhi, Aug. 16 -- Senior Congress leader Pawan Khera today alleged that the Hindu Mahasabha and Muslim League's "collaboration" was central to the division of the country.

Speaking in response to the NCERT module on 'Partition Horrors Remembrance Day', during a press conference here, Khera claimed that it offers a "selective and incomplete narrative" of India's pre-independence history.

"This is the truth. Partition happened through the collaboration between the Hindu Mahasabha and the Muslim League," Khera alleged.

"If there is any biggest villain in history, it is the RSS. Future generations will not forgive them for the role they played. They spent 25 years acting as informants, in alliance with the Muslim League and Jinnah," he c...
