Kochi, Sept. 12 -- union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar today hailed the Kerala Urban Conclave 2025 as a model platform for local bodies across India, emphasising that urbanisation is pivotal to the nation's growth and requires coordinated efforts from all levels of government.
