Bengaluru, Oct. 24 -- Karnataka's fiery minister Priyank Kharge today fired a salvo at the union government over why a state that has twice sent its own Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, to Delhi is still sidelined, while taking a dig at union Minister HD Kumaraswamy, quipping that the JDS stalwart is, by default, secular, not saffron.
