New Delhi, Jan. 28 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on the Narendra Modi-led government, accusing it of recycling claims in the President's address while failing to offer accountability, clear goals or measurable outcomes for its flagship vision of "Viksit Bharat."In a post on X, Kharge said the union Cabinet's approval of the President's Address had become "a recycled ritual," alleging that the government repeats the same assertions every year without addressing ground realities.
