New Delhi, April 23 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi spoke with Home Minister Amit Shah and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah late Tuesday night emphasising the need for a firm and appropriate response to this cross-border terror attack.
On his social media handle X, Kharge also urged the government to engage with all political parties regarding the incident and also take all efforts to ensure the safety of tourists in J&K.
"Late last night, spoke with Union Home Minister, Shri @AmitShah, J&K Chief Minister, Shri @OmarAbdullah, along with senior Congress leaders of @INCJammuKashmir about the despicable carnage in Pahalgam," Kharge said.
