Thiruvananthapuram, June 24 -- Kerala's own internet network, KFON (Kerala Fibre Optic Network), has taken a major leap towards national expansion by securing the ISP-A (Internet
Service Provider - Category A) license.
With this significant milestone, Kerala's very own network, KFON, is now authorized to offer
internet services across the country.
At the formal ceremony held in New Delhi, Dileep Singh Sengar, Under Secretary of the DoT AS Division, handed over the certificate to Dr Santhosh Babu IAS (Retd.), Managing Director of KFON.
The event was also attended by KFON's Chief Technology Officer Murali Kishore, Chief Sales Officer Bilstin D. Geo, Chief Financial Officer Prem Kumar G, and Manager Suraj A.
