Thiruvananthapuram, April 10 -- In a move aimed at strengthening efforts to curb indiscriminate waste dumping in public places, the Kerala Fibre Optic Network (KFON) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT).
As part of the initiative, CCTV cameras will be installed in selected grama panchayats across various districts in Kerala, with KFON providing the necessary internet connectivity to support real-time monitoring.
