Thiruvananthapurm, Nov. 12 -- Kerala has once again been ranked as India's most industry-friendly state, securing the first position in the national Ease of Doing Business rankings for the second consecutive year.
Out of the 434 reforms suggested by the Centre, Kerala has successfully implemented 430, achieving an impressive 99.3% implementation rate.
The rankings, prepared by the union Ministry of Commerce and Industry, evaluate states based on their performance in implementing the Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP).
