Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 28 -- The Kerala Government has decided to write to the union Ministry of Civil Aviation seeking immediate reversal of the decision to divert winter season flight services from the state's airports to Mangaluru, Lucknow and Jaipur.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the move will severely affect passengers, especially expatriates, as many of the curtailed services belong to Air India Express.
He warned that Kannur International Airport is the worst hit, already struggling due to the absence of 'Point of Call' facilities.
"Kerala's clear demand is that the curtailed services must be reinstated without delay," the Chief Minister stressed.
