Kannur, March 14 -- Accusing the state's Left Democratic Front (LDF) government of being "committed" to the drug mafia, Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president K Sudhakaran on Friday alleged the state has become a land of drugs.

Sudhakaran alleged that the LDF government was aiming to generate income by selling alcohol and drugs, while the "CPI(M)'s Students organisation Students Federation of India (SFI) leaders are aiding the drug trade in college campuses".
