Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 3 -- Former Kerala Transport Minister and sitting MLA Antony Raju was on Saturday sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court at Nedumangad in the long-pending custody property (evidence-tampering) case dating back to 1990.
The court also imposed a fine on Raju and awarded an identical sentence to the co-accused, K S Jose, a former court employee. The sentences are to run concurrently.
