Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 9 -- The Kerala Drugs Control Department has prohibited the distribution and sale of several batches of medicines after they were declared substandard during routine quality tests conducted at state drug testing laboratories in the second fortnight of May.
According to the State Drugs Controller, all traders, distributors, and hospitals holding stock of the listed medicines have been instructed to immediately withdraw them from circulation, return the consignments to suppliers, and report compliance to the respective District Drugs Control Authorities.
