Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 15 -- Kerala, in partnership with the European Union, will host a two-day Blue Economy Conclave from September 18 onwards, bringing together leading experts, policymakers, and industry stakeholders from India and Europe to discuss sustainable ocean-based economic growth.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will deliver the inaugural address on September 19 at 9:30 am at the conclave titled 'Blue Tides- Two Shores, One Vision', announced Minister for Fisheries, Culture and Youth Affairs Saji Cherian at a press conference here.
Cherian will preside over the inaugural ceremony, while Ambassador of the European union to India and Bhutan Herve Delphin will deliver the keynote address.
