Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 13 -- Canadian filmmaker Kelly Fyffe-Marshall, recipient of the Spirit of Cinema Award at the 30th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK), says her film When Morning Comes is a deeply personal love letter to Jamaica and its people, and the work closest to her heart.
Speaking on the sidelines of the festival, Fyffe-Marshall reflected on the honour and the emotional core of her cinema, which she says is inseparable from her politics.
