New Delhi, Dec. 26 -- A 'chadar' on behalf of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal has been sent for the 814th annual Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti at Ajmer Sharif on Friday.

According to former Delhi State Urs Committee chairman F. I. Ismaili, Kejriwal offered prayers for peace, communal harmony, and for India's progress.

The Urs marks the death anniversary of the Sufi saint and traditionally draws hundreds of thousands of devotees from across the country. For the past decade, a transit camp has been organized at Delhi's Burari Ground to provide facilities for pilgrims traveling to Ajmer from various states.
