Shimla, March 27 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday heard arguments in the Rs 20 crore KCC Bank loan case involving Congress leader Yudh Chand Bains and bank official Satvir Minhas. The next hearing has been deferred to April 1.
Bains, a businessman and former supporter of late Congress leader Virbhadra Singh, argued that the case against him is of a civil nature. However, the state vigilance agency is implicating him in a criminal matter to harass him and his family, he claimed.
