Washington, Jan. 10 -- For the first time since the premiere of the acclaimed HBO drama 'Mare of Easttown', Kate Winslet has hinted at a strong possibility of a second season, with filming tentatively scheduled for 2027.
Winslet, who portrayed detective Mare Sheehan, revealed in a recent interview that the series was originally envisioned as a limited, single-season story. However, ongoing discussions have opened the door for its continuation.
